Wecon HMI&PLC application in Control system of filter winder

I.Introduction


Two servo motors are added to the automatic filter winder. By adjusting the speed ratio of two servo shafts, different specifications of products can be processed.
Compared with the manual winding process, it has a significant improvement in efficiency and product quality.

II. Process requirements
1. Multi modes can be selected and easy to set and intuitive. So it can realize multi-purpose of one machine.
2. In real production, the speed can be changed at will to meet the product requirement.

III.Scheme   
HMI: LEVI700ML (7 inch HMI, COM1, USB HOST/DEVICE)


PLC: LX3V-1208MT (12 inputs, 8 transistor outputs, RS422)


1. Using DECO instructions of Wecon  PLC to do logic control, even if there are many mode choices, there will be no wrong action.
2. The high-speed output pulse of Wecon PLC controls two servo’s speed so that it can achieve accurate processing.
3. The PLSV (variable speed pulse sending instruction) of Wecon PLC can meet the requirement of changing speed at any time, and the acceleration and deceleration control with RAMP (ramp instruction) can make the products with different weights reach the same processing quality.

The equipment is driven by two servo motors controlled by high-speed pulse output of Wecon PLC, with high precision and high speed.
